Very absorbent but not too bulky for the daytime.Works for me, but not ideal. These Briefs are an improvement providing urinary protection. However, they do not solve the problem. You still get a moist wet-feeling crouch, and, at times, small streaming down the legs. I have tried about six such product and a Tranquility was the best. For extra protection, Tranquility offers an insert pad that helps. I also use the more heavily padded “All Through the Night” version of the Briefs for the day time. These Briefs make it possible for me to go places. However, I still have to plan on and make frequent bathroom stops.Be careful to only buy the padded Tranquility “Briefs”. Avoid another product they have, of flimsy plastic, that folds and is held together with sticky tabs, on the sides, into a shape that looks like the Briefs. The packing of these two, very different products look very similar, including the colors, the wording and the drawings of the products.I have bought these by case several times and will continue to use them! Special needs daughter - 5’2” - 100 lbs - uses these. Decided to try them because of coupon discount first time tried and based on other positive reviews! Exceptional padding and fit in small medium with good leg elastic and wider pad front to back that helps keep her dry , even at night , and when sitting up or reclining during day, (I still keep a protective draw sheet pad under her, just in case! ) Gives full protection during day- in wheelchair. I find the daytime max is so adequate for her to this point, so , she didn’t need night time and saved buying the thicker night version ( it is good too). Very pleased. Little more expensive but I stopped buying pads that fit in pull-ups of other cheaper brands. There is less incidence needing to change her clothes and pull-ups, so I come out ahead. The elastic all around pull-up is stronger than other brands so when you pull them up it has a great full fit to her hips and waist, doesn’t pull down in back when she sits up and rarely rips , thus , prevents having to throw away a clean pull-up. Very pleased!I thought incontinence was going to be a major issue, but with these pullups, it is a breeze. They absorb an enormous of urine without leaking and still stay dry in the crotch. After several months, I have yet to find a wet bed or wet clothes. Try them............The absorbency in the underwear is amazing. We use these on my mother, especially if she has to leave the house for an appointment. We love these so much! Someone we knew had received a sample and gave it to us for my mom. We tried it on her and was extremely pleased. Her pants weren't soiled after being in them for hours. Unlike Depends, she remained dry.In fit they were just right. However I noticed something later that I did not like. It seems some of the waterproofing on the inside of these pull on panties has made me itchy on my abdomen in the area where the waterproofing is. I will finish up using these by applying a kleenex or something to block the waterproofing from being against my skin. But I probably won't be ordering more if I can find some that don't have it on the inside like that. I may go back to thick pads that stick into your panties. .Product is great! I use these in my austistic 13 yrs old grandson. After struggling with other brands, I only used this brand. I would give a five stars, but they need to be a little heavier to hold more liquids.These have been a god send for us. A 97 year old is using them and they are easy on and off and absorbance is good. Cheap Chux has been great with shipping and customer service. They come through on delivery every time.
